With America gearing up for a war of eradication against ISIS, protecting soft targets at home is vital. This is why President Trump wisely decided to impose a travel ban on several dysfunctional Muslim nations, where ISIS is known to be strong.

Since then, liberal judges have been playing politics by trying to overturn Trump's decision.

Last week, U.S. District Judge James Robart issued a restraining order to halt the ban, which led to the case being moved to a federal appeals court based in  San Francisco, the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals.

This court, made up of two Democrat appointed judges and one Cuckservative Republican, declined to block Robart's restraining order, which means Trump's ban is still on hold.

The the case will now go even further up the judicial food chain, with an appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court likely. But because Trump's Supreme Court nominee, Neil Gorsuch, has not yet been confirmed, there are only eight Supreme Court Justices on the bench, with a 4-4 Democrat-Republican split. This is likely to lead to a split decision, which would leave the lower court rulings in place, and prolong the constitutional stand-off.

Meanwhile ISIS are continuing their preparations to strike at soft targets in the US to hit back at the forthcoming American offensive against them in the Middle East.

Perhaps when enough Americans have been killed by terrorists these liberal judges will stop their legalistic hairsplitting and proxy politics and allow Trump to govern in the name of the people.
